The Razor Minnow is one of those baits that is just plain ugly. It's ugliness might be the biggest reason it has never been a big seller; it's definitely not because it doesn't catch fish! The same qualities that make it ugly also make it a very unique bait in the water. No other jerk bait has the same action as the Razor Minnow. It has an exaggerated wobble, as well as an up-and-down, herky-jerky thing going - much like a dying shad. In fact, it might mimic a dying shad better than some of the high dollar Japanese jerk baits.
